How did I get to know about the product:

I learned about “FIRST VITA PLUS” from a school friend, who swore that it helped him to lower his cholesterol significantly. I got intrigued again, but since I do not have any cholesterol problems I suggested it to my mother to try it out!

Price: Php770 per box. In one box there are 20 sachet. If taken twice a day, box will last for about ten days. to complete one month cycle = 3 x Php770 = Php2,310.

Intake: pour one sachet into a glass of water, twice a day.

The products' claims of health benefits:

First Vita Plus is called as "vitamin in a drink" because it's a juice. Healthy because 5 various plant concoctions are in this juice. These are: Moringa Oleifera ( horse radish ), Capsicum Frutescens ( a leave of the red pepper ), Corchorus Olitorius ( Saluyot, aka Tossa Jute as an afro-Arabian herb ), Amarantha Spinosus ( spinach ), Ipomoea Batatas ( from sweet potato ).

My mom's experience:

My mom started to take the First Vita Plus health drink during the first week of June. She has a history of high cholesterol and takes various medication to treat it. We got her a laboratory examination on the before we started to have a figure in mind where we started to monitor. Her cholesterol at that time was at 198 mgs/dL. A bit too high, of course. So, my mother agreed to drink twice a day First Vita Plus for two months. After a vigilant intake of that supplement, we went to the doctor and had another lab test, and to our surprise, it went down about 30 notches. A very good result for her lipid profile! Although, the price for one month is quite expensive.

How did I get to know about the product:

I got so intrigued about the many ads on billboards along Quirino avenue, ads on radio and the big screens about that certain health wonder, called "MX3 natural pure xanthone", a food supplement made of mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana), which comes in different forms like capsule, tea, coffee, jam and soap. Well since they highly publicized and made amazing claims, I thought there must be something about it. So I tried the capsules named MX3 Plus Capsules for a month.

Price:

It was sort of pricey... Each capsule cost Php16.80. So, for one month = Php1,512. Be aware, if you buy it outside from a third party, except to pay a mark-up. But if it is all in the name of health and science... go for it. Boy, I thought, this gonna be better good or else...

Intake:

I was advised to take one (1) capsule three times a day before meals with plenty of water or preferably MX3 Tea until symptoms are no longer evident, if there are any symptoms existing.

The products claims of health benefits:

My experience:

Some disclaimer to start with: Whenever I try a new product I am trying to keep in mind the benefits it is promising, but I remain calm in order not to blur my judgement and expectations. I have no pains nor any injuries. Well, i though hope that I always could loose some pounds with these kinds of products, but I remain realistically during this month.
I took the capsule three times a day before a meal. I even tried to keep the same time schedule just to be sure. The first week I have to say I did not feel anything different. Even the second week. Although, my bowel movement became more regulated. I am just not sure if it was because of the oatmeal I started to take. Yet, in the middle of the second week, I woke up more fit in the morning. I felt more alert and less sleepy over the day. I really wondered about it, but I believe it is because of the MX3. The feeling did not subside in the third and last week. I am quite surprised about the outcome and can only recommend this product to all Dabaoenos!
At the end I would even recommend that if you have not any symptoms you are advised to take just one capsule a day - to give it a try and see if the MX3 capsule works for you in the first days/weeks. And yes, I lost three pounds during that month! A little success!
